Delivery information

We deliver Australia wide, including metro, regional and rural areas. We currently only ship within Australia.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed from the next business day.

If a part is temporarily out of stock we'll contact you straight away with an updated time frame, or a refund if you'd prefer not to wait.

Once your order has shipped, typical delivery times are:

• Melbourne metro: 1 to 3 business days
• Other capital cities: 3 to 7 business days
• Regional and rural areas: 5 to 12 business days

These are carrier estimates and can be longer for freight items, during peak periods or in severe weather.

Shipping is a flat rate anywhere in Australia, based on what you order:

• Body kits and bonnets: $250
• Interior parts: $30
• Badges and keys: $10

Add interior parts or badges to a body kit order and they ship free. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

As soon as your order ships we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you haven't received it, check your junk folder or contact us with your order number.

Upgrade kits are large and are sent by freight in several cartons. Delivery usually needs a signature, so use an address where someone can receive it, such as your workplace or the panel shop that will fit the kit.

Check that all cartons listed on the consignment note have arrived before you sign.

Please check your parts as soon as they arrive. If anything is damaged in transit, email us photos of the part and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find the parcel, let us know and we'll lodge an investigation with the carrier.
